The TENANT must read and accept the rules, regulations, and policies of the coownership/property. In the event of any violation of these rules by the TENANT, the TENANT will be fully responsible for any resulting fees, fines, or similar penalties.
The TENANT must return the PREMISES and/or appliances and/or furniture, if applicable, to the LANDLORD in the same condition as at the beginning of the lease, except for normal wear and tear.
The TENANT is responsible for the proper maintenance and care of all accessories provided by the LANDLORD, such as keys and garage door openers, for the entire duration of the lease. These items must be kept in good condition, protected from loss or damage, and returned at the end of the lease in their original condition, except for normal wear and tear.
