-The TENANT must return the PREMISES and/or appliances and/or furniture, if applicable, to the LANDLORD in the same condition as at the beginning of the lease, except for normal wear and tear.
-The TENANT is responsible for the proper maintenance and safekeeping of all accessories provided by the LANDLORD, such as keys and garage openers, throughout the lease term. These items must be kept in good condition, protected against loss or damage, and returned at the end of the lease in their original condition, except for normal wear and tear.
