The LESSEE must conduct a move-out inspection with the LESSOR or the LESSOR's representative, and the LESSEE is responsible for any damage to the property (normal wear and tear is accepted).
- The LESSEE will provide a proof of tenant and liability insurance for an amount of Two Million dollars (CAD 2.000.000) prior to occupancy.
