Transportation
This neighbourhood is reasonably car friendly. It is easy to park. However, the public transit service in this area is fairly poor. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is served by a few bus lines, and most properties are very close to a bus stop. Fleetwood is not especially appropriate for biking since bicycle riders encounter a considerable amount of slopes. Nonetheless, there are a fair number of bike lanes. There are also relatively few pedestrians out on the streets of Fleetwood, although many daily errands can be run on foot.
Services
It is often practical for property owners in this part of Surrey to buy groceries on foot. There are also a limited number of opportunities for those who appreciate close by restaurants and cafes. In terms of education, parents and their kids will welcome the proximity to daycares and schools, which are within walking distance from the majority of homes for sale in this area.
Character
Fleetwood is a very good neighbourhood to buy a home in for those who prefer a slower-paced atmosphere. Public green spaces are very easy to get to since there are over 100 of them nearby for residents to visit. This neighbourhood is also very quiet, as there are low levels of noise from traffic.
