Driving is a very good transportation option in this part of Coquitlam. It is very convenient to park. However, public transit users may find few choices in this area as a result of the service's low frequency. Nevertheless, there are a few bus lines, and most homes are near a bus stop. Westwood Plateau is not very suited for bicycling because cyclists are faced with a significant amount of elevation changes, and the cycling network is not very well-developed. Travelling on foot is also not very convenient for residents in this neighbourhood as carrying out day-to-day needs is difficult.
