However, getting around by transit can be difficult in this part of the city due to the service's low frequency. Nevertheless, house owners are served by approximately 10 bus lines, and the closest bus stop is usually just around the corner. It is difficult for people walking to navigate this neighbourhood as very few daily errands can be run on foot. The bike is a fairly poor mode of transportation in this area since bicycling is rendered arduous by the often steep area, and the cycling infrastructure is not very comprehensive.

Accessing the closest supermarket by walking is feasible for some, but not all, home buyers in this part of the city. There are also a few opportunities for those who care about nearby restaurants. Still, there are a few green spaces nearby for residents to visit, like Parc du Bon-Pasteur and Parc linéaire de la Rivière-des-Roches.
