The LESSEE must provide the LESSOR, with proof of tenant insurance including liability coverage before beginning of stay, and maintain such insurance for the entire duration of the rental and if any renewals.
The LESSEE must provide a security deposit equivalent to one month's rent, payable at lease signing. The deposit will be held in the real estate agency's trust account and refunded to the LESSEE within 10 days following the end of the rental period, after inspection of the premises by the LESSOR and to their satisfaction.
