There are relatively few pedestrians out on the streets of Argyle, even though running daily errands is easy by walking.

In terms of education, parents and their kids will appreciate the proximity to daycares and primary schools, which are within walking distance from the majority of properties for sale in this part of the city. In contrast, high schools are not very plentiful and thus may require a rather long walk to get to.

People who prefer a slower-paced atmosphere will enjoy Argyle. This area is quiet overall, as the streets are reasonably peaceful. Lastly, it is easy to get to green spaces in the neighbourhood since there are around 20 of them close by for residents to unwind in.
