Transportation
The car is often the preferred mode of transportation in Argyle. It is straightforward to park. However, this part of the city is not very transit friendly. Thankfully, there are around 10 bus lines traversing the neighbourhood, and bus stops are generally nearby. There are relatively few pedestrians out on the streets of Argyle, even though running daily errands is easy by walking.
Services
It is convenient to access the closest grocery store by walking from any location in this part of the city. There are also over 50 restaurants and coffee shops in this area. In terms of education, parents and their kids will appreciate the proximity to daycares and primary schools, which are within walking distance from the majority of properties for sale in this part of the city. In contrast, high schools are not very plentiful and thus may require a rather long walk to get to.
Character
People who prefer a slower-paced atmosphere will enjoy Argyle. This area is quiet overall, as the streets are reasonably peaceful. Lastly, it is easy to get to green spaces in the neighbourhood since there are around 20 of them close by for residents to unwind in.
