Most homes for sale in this part of Brampton are located in areas that are not very suitable for walking because running common errands is at times challenging on foot. Heart Lake is a good neighbourhood to buy a house in for those who prefer a calm environment. This part of Brampton is quiet, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour - however some areas can be quite noisy, especially around Highway 410. Finally, many locations within the neighbourhood have reasonably good access to public green spaces, such as Heart Lake Conservation Area, since there are a few of them nearby for residents to check out.
