This area is suitable for walking; many daily needs are convenient to carry out on foot. Driving is a very good transportation option in Quadra. Parking is quite easy, and it is a rather short car ride to the nearest highway from anywhere in this part of the municipality. However, Quadra is not an especially pleasant part of Saanich for travelling by public transit. Nonetheless, residents are served by around 20 bus lines, and bus stops are not very far from most homes.
