Driving is an excellent transportation option in Upper Sahali. It is very easy to park, and the majority of real estate listings are a rather short car ride from the closest highway, such as Trans-Canada Highway. On the other hand, the public transit service in Upper Sahali is not very frequent. Thankfully, there are a few bus lines crossing the neighbourhood, and bus stops are not very far from most properties. It is challenging for people walking to navigate this area as few common errands can be run without the use of a vehicle.
Services
Parents and their kids will welcome the proximity to daycares and primary schools, which are within walking distance from most homes for sale in Upper Sahali. However, this area does not contain any high schools. As far as food is concerned, some, but not all, property owners in this part of Kamloops will live within walking distance of the closest supermarket. There are also a few restaurants and coffee shops in Upper Sahali.
Character
The character of Upper Sahali is exemplified by its relaxed ambience. It is very easy to reach parks since there are a few of them close by for residents to visit. This part of Kamloops is also fairly good for those who need a quiet atmosphere, as the streets tend to be tranquil - although there are still several louder sections, especially near Trans-Canada Highway.
