For example, the neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most homes. Most houses for sale in this neighbourhood are located in areas that are also convenient for those who travel by foot; running daily errands is easy by walking. The bike is a rather poor means of transportation in this area as there is a considerable amount of slopes. Nevertheless, there are a fair number of bike lanes.

It is convenient to reach the nearest supermarket on foot in Capitol Hill. Moreover, this neighbourhood is a fairly good place in which to eat out, and house buyers can enjoy a few cafes as well. As far as education is concerned, daycares and primary schools are very easy to access on foot from most properties for sale in Capitol Hill. In contrast, this part of the city does not contain any high schools.
