Professional Experience

Born and raised in Niagara, Ben has a passion for the region and has been able to use his knowledge to help guide numerous people ‘home’. Ben’s focus in Real Estate is to build life long relationships and has a very strong ‘customer first’ approach to how he goes about his business. In 2022, Ben joined Carol Lotz to form the Lockyer & Lotz Real Estate Team. Together with team members we have surpassed all previous sales awards by earning the Chairman’s Award in 2023 to become part of the elite Royal Lepage sales teams in the top 1% of real estate teams in Canada. Our team serves all of the Niagara Region and surrounding areas, and even enjoys the odd trip out to cottage country to support clients on vacation properties.
