Transportation
The favoured means of transportation in Starling is very often a car. Nearby highways are reasonably easy to access from any location in Starling, and it is especially convenient to come across a parking spot. However, the public transit service in this neighbourhood is not very frequent. It is very difficult for pedestrians to move around in Starling since most daily needs are very difficult to meet on foot. Starling is also not very amenable to biking as the topography is not especially flat, and the cycling network is quite bad.
Services
Starling does not contain any high schools or primary schools. Furthermore, it can be very difficult to walk to daycares from properties for sale in this neighbourhood. As far as eating is concerned, house buyers in this part of the city almost always need a vehicle to reach the closest supermarket.
Character
Starling is reasonably quiet overall, as noise from streets and other parts of the city is rarely an issue. Accessing public green spaces is sometimes challenging within the neighbourhood since they aren't well-distributed. Still, there are a few parks close by for residents to relax in.
