- The asking rent is $3500/month for a 4 month seasonal rental period, from January 5th 2026 to May 4th 2026.
- No smoking.
- Pets may be permitted at the lessor's discretion.
- A security deposit of one thousand five hundred dollars ($1500) will be remitted at the signing of the lease, made to the order of Les Immeubles Mont-Tremblant in trust.
- The lessor will ensure the property is cleaned by a professional before the lessee takes posession of the property, at their expense.
