No painting, alterations, or renovations are permitted in the unit without the prior written consent of the OWNERS.
The lease is limited to the persons named in the agreement. Any modification, including the addition of an occupant, must receive prior written authorization from the OWNERS.
The TENANT is responsible for all fees associated with move-ins and move-outs, which must be paid to the building management (refer to the condominium by-laws).
Condominium By-Laws and Management Approval
The TENANT acknowledges having reviewed the condominium by-laws and agrees to comply with them at all times. In the event of non-compliance with the by-laws, the TENANT may be held responsible for any penalties imposed.
