-No painting or renovations unless otherwise agreed upon by the Lessor
-No pets unless otherwise agreed upon by the Lessor.
-The tenant is responsible for the collection of waste, recycling and compost.
-The tenant is responsible for snow removal, landscaping, lawn maintenance, and leaf pickup
-The tenant pays for electricity, heating, hot water, and internet
-Residential rental only, commercial activity is prohibited, daycare is prohibited
-A Hydro-Québec electricity account confirmation must be provided before occupancy
-Changing locks is prohibited without the owner's consent.
