- Any renovation and or modification to the layout of the permises requires written notification to the lessor/landlord and must be approved by the lessor/landlord.All related expenses shall be borne by the lessee(IE;Transfomation permit,professional fees etc...)
- Both parties agree to accept all related documents in English

Exclusions : Hydro,Taxes(municipal,business,school&any taxes),janitorial,maintenance services, utility bills,internet,business,school,Gst&Qst taxes,etc....are excluded. These cost should be borne by the lessee.
