-The LESSEE will provide a proof of tenant and liability insurance for an amount of Two Million dollars (CAD 2.000.000) prior to occupancy.
-The LESSOR undertakes to hand over the property in a clean condition at the beginning of the lease.
-The LESSEE shall pay the moving (in/out) fees to the building management.
-The LESSEE must abide by building rules and if any fines are incurred by the LESSEE, the LESSEES is responsible for paying the fines.
