NON-PAYMENT - If the payment provided for the rental has not been received by the LESSOR at the scheduled dates, or if a check is NSF, the RENTER will be deemed to be in default of payment, and will be known to have unilaterally canceled the lease without prejudice to the owner. The owner can then take possession of the rented property within next forty-eight (48) hours.
