Property Information:
*The tenant must provide proof of tenant insurance / civil liability ($2,000,000) during the lease
term and renewal before handing over the keys;
*No smoking of any type of tobacco inside of the unit(cigarettes, cigar, cannabis, etc.)
*No animals, no pets. *The lessee cannot sublease or transfer the lease without written approval
of the Lessor.
*The Lessee shall review and acknowledge the building rules, building bylaw and declaration of
coownership.
*The Lessee agrees shall be responsible for all fines related to violation of the condo rules.
*The Lessee agrees shall not do Airbnb or any type of short-term rental with the condo.
*The Lessee agrees to respect the condominium regulations and will be responsible for paying for
any infractions billed to the owner during the lease;
*The Lessee and his visitors agree to respect all the regulations of the building in which case he
will have to pay all the fines invoiced to the owner.
*The first and last months of rent will be payable after acceptance of the rental agreement;
*All the promise to lease is conditional on a third party company for the credit check by Tustill Oligny Thibodeau or single Key for full credit check. Both should be paid and signed before the lease signed by Leasee,
*proof of employment and references to the satisfaction of the owner; The tenant should provide the
financial ability.
*The property inspections will be done before and after the lease with the tenant.
