- Initial Payment
The new tenant agrees to remit the July rent payment of $4,900 upon signing of the lease agreement.
- Tenant Commitments
The tenant agrees to the following:
Credit and Background Check: A credit and background check will be conducted, with a $70 fee payable by the tenant.
Employment Verification: Provide a copy of an employment letter stating position and salary
Liability Insurance: Obtain and maintain civil liability insurance in the amount of $2 million for the entire duration of the lease.
Building Rules Compliance: Abide by all condo association rules, building regulations, and condo by-laws.
Pet Policy:
No pets are permitted in the unit without the prior written authorization of the landlord.
If a pet is authorized, the tenant agrees to pay an additional monthly fee of $50 to cover the increased risk of wear and tear to the furnished unit.
This fee forms part of the rent and is payable on the same schedule
