4. Pets

5. Occupancy

6. Subletting and assignment

The tenant acknowledges having received a copy of the building rules and agrees to comply with them at all times.
8. Return of keys
At the end of the lease, the tenant agrees to return all keys, remotes, access cards, and any other devices provided at the time of occupancy.
9. Cleanliness and maintenance
The tenant agrees to keep the premises in a reasonably clean condition and to promptly report any damage or situation requiring intervention.
10. Condition precedent to lease signing
The signing of the lease is conditional upon acceptance of all the above conditions by the tenant.
