Property Information:
1. References and Verification: Tenant must provide references, a credit check, and proof of
employment/income to the landlord's satisfaction for the Promise to Lease to be accepted.
2. Non-Smoking Policy: Smoking of any kind--including vaping, marijuana, or drugs--is strictly prohibited inside the property.
3. No Marijuana Cultivation: The tenant is not permitted to grow marijuana on the premises.
4. No Pets: Animals are not allowed.
5. No Short-Term Rentals: The property may not be listed or rented on platforms such as Airbnb.
6. No Subletting: Subletting the property is strictly prohibited.
7. Tenant Insurance: The tenant must provide proof of valid tenant insurance with a minimum liability coverage of $2 million.
