“At Royal LePage, we believe that access to trusted, data-driven insights empowers Canadians to make one of the most significant financial decisions of their lives. Our research and media relations program exists to contribute meaningfully to the national housing conversation and help buyers, sellers, homeowners and renters navigate an ever-changing market,” said Phil Soper, president and chief executive officer, Royal LePage. “Earned media is a cornerstone of our brand. It builds confidence in the expertise of our 20,000 Royal LePage professionals, and strengthens our ability to attract and retain the best talent in the industry. Recognition like this affirms that our voice is being heard and that it matters.”
In 2025, Royal LePage’s research and media relations program generated 5.4 billion media impressions, maintaining the brand’s position as the number one name in earned media in Canadian real estate. Alongside flagship publications such as the quarterly House Price Survey, Annual Forecast and National Recreational Property Reports, the team introduced three first-of-their-kind studies: the Retired Homeowner Report, the Canadians Selling U.S. Properties Survey and the Mortgage Renewal Survey. Each explored emerging issues shaping the housing market and the decisions Canadians are facing today.
“The strength of our public relations program lies in its purpose: identifying the conversations that Canadians are having everyday, and ensuring that Royal LePage contributes meaningful insights to those discussions,” said Anne-Elise Cugliari Allegritti, vice president of research and communications, Royal LePage. “Whether helping consumers better understand the market or equipping our network of real estate professionals with valuable insights in order to better serve their clients, our goal is to provide information people can trust. To be recognized for that work on both a national and international stage is a tremendous honour.”
These awards reflect Royal LePage’s long-standing commitment to credible research and market analysis, thoughtful communications and a media presence that helps Canadians make informed real estate decisions. Together, they reinforce the Company’s position as one of the most trusted brands in Canadian real estate.
