Recognizing Your Success

To recognize our high achievers, through our national awards recognition program, Royal LePage real estate agents can receive awards annually based on sales performance within their particular markets. Award winners are invited to provincial award ceremonies so they can all celebrate their success together.

Listed below are descriptions of all Royal LePage agent awards:

    The top one percent of the Royal LePage residential sales force as of a designated period, based on closed and collected commissions.

  • 1273

    Recognizes ten Royal LePage residential sales force teams and ten Royal LePage residential sales individuals, in ranking order of earnings, as of a designated period, based on closed and collected commissions.

  • 1275

    For first-time inductees, repeat qualifiers and sustaining members attaining the Director’s Platinum or President’s Gold Award five out of seven previous consecutive years. Lifetime Award of Excellence presented to members attaining President’s Gold ten out of fourteen consecutive years.

    The threshold level required to attain the Diamond Award is the top three percent of each residential market’s sales representatives’ earnings. Earnings are defined as gross closed and collected commissions in the preceding year.

    The threshold level required to attain the Director’s Platinum Award is the top five percent of each residential market’s sales representatives’ earnings. Earnings are defined as gross closed and collected commissions in the preceding year.

    The threshold level required to attain the President’s Gold Award is the top sixth-tenth percentile of each residential market’s sales representatives’ earnings. Earnings are defined as gross closed and collected commissions in the preceding year.

    The threshold level required to attain the Master Sales Award is the top 11th-20th percentile of each residential market’s sales representatives’ earnings. Earnings are defined as gross closed and collected commissions in the preceding year.

    The threshold level required to attain the Sales Achievement Award is the top 21st-25th percentile of each residential market’s sales representatives’ earnings. Earnings are defined as gross closed and collected commissions in the preceding year.

    These certificates are given to those individuals who have been a representative with Royal LePage for five or more years.
