Furthermore, it is understood that the Seller shall not be liable to the Buyer in any way and shall not offer any guarantee with regard to any violation of public law restrictions affecting the Property and which are not covered by common property law, in particular with regard to the fact that:
i.the zoning regulations allow for the Buyer's projects to be carried out;
ii.the current use of the Building is not permitted by any zoning regulation currently affecting the property;
iii.any encroachment currently made by the Building on public property or other neighboring properties be subject to cessation of use or payment of rent for occupation of public property; and
iv.The Building does not comply, in whole or in part, with any other City of Drummondville regulations regarding zoning and urban planning.
