9. The TENANT shall return the property in the same state of cleanliness (excluding normal wear and tear) as it was when it was first rented.
10. If the lease is not renewed at the end of the lease term, the TENANT MUST authorize ALL viewing requests from any potential new tenant, subject to 24 hours' notice.
