The public transit network in North Arm South is reasonably good. For example, there are a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far away from most residences. In contrast, North Arm South is not very bicycling-friendly because there are a fair number of hills, and there are few bike lanes. Most houses for sale in this neighbourhood are located in areas that are not particularly conducive to those who travel by foot because few common errands can be run without the use of a vehicle. However, driving is a great transportation option in North Arm South. Finding a parking spot is quite easy, and many homes for sale are a short car ride from the closest highway.
Services
It is typically feasible for property owners in North Arm South to buy their groceries on foot. A limited variety of restaurants and cafes is available as well. In terms of education, parents and their schoolchildren will value that wherever their property is situated in this part of the city, primary schools are close by. On the other hand, North Arm South does not have any high schools.
Character
There is a great variety of green spaces in North Arm South. There are a few parks close by for residents to unwind in and they are especially well-located, making them easy to access. As there are very few pedestrians, this neighbourhood is relatively serene.
