Scott Irwin is the team leader of Irwin Realty & Associates, building on a long-standing legacy in Saskatoon real estate. After an eight-year career with another respected local brokerage, Scott joined TeamFisher in 2017 and went on to lead its transition and rebrand to Irwin Realty & Associates in 2026, continuing its strong reputation while bringing his own vision and leadership forward. Scott’s background in the food service industry shaped his client-first approach to real estate. He understands that great service is built on clear communication, attention to detail, and creating a positive, seamless experience—principles he brings to every client interaction. Known for his honest advice and relationship-focused approach, Scott is committed to helping clients make confident, informed decisions whether they’re buying or selling. Beyond real estate, Scott is actively involved in the Saskatoon community through Big Brothers. He is also the founder and leader of the “Pay It Forward” business group, focused on developing leadership, growth, and meaningful contribution among local business professionals.
