Alain Ouellette: The strength of commitment, people at the heart of every action. A former rugby player, coach, and executive, I built my character on the field. From that life experience, I carry forward non-negotiable values: discipline, strategy, selflessness, and the power of teamwork. Passionate about real estate from a young age, I always knew my calling would be to combine the rigor of sport with guiding people through their most important projects. A prolific entrepreneur, I’ve built several businesses—garage services, passenger transport, restaurants, and more—with one common thread: direct human connection and customer service. That closeness with people defines who I am. My deep desire to help others truly came to life at the start of the pandemic, when I volunteered in a long-term care facility (CHSLD) until the very end. It’s this drive to improve the lives of those I meet that led me to fully commit to real estate, bringing together my passion and my social mission. Buying or selling a property is often the most significant financial transaction of a lifetime. That’s why I approach every client with the same care and rigor as if they were my own family. I’m not just a salesperson or a buyer—I’m a trusted advisor. I ensure that EVERY step of the process is handled safely, guiding and protecting you at every turn. My commitment doesn’t stop at the transaction. Actively involved with the Fondation du Cégep André-Laurendeau and the Fondation Santé Urbaine, I strongly believe in pushing beyond limits. My goal is not simply to fulfill my mandate, but to exceed your expectations.
