Professional Experience

Wil joined the commercial real estate industry in 2015 after graduating from the University of Toronto studying Urban Planning and Political Science. Wil began his career at Cushman & Wakefield as an Analyst in their downtown office, followed by over half a decade with Brookfield in progressive roles primarily overseeing complex commercial real estate transactions for their portfolio of properties in Toronto. In early 2021, Wil transitioned within Brookfield to Asset Manager, Eastern Region overseeing the strategic asset management for a 4.5 million square foot portfolio of commercial real estate. Wil then left Brookfield to build a commercial investments and leasing brokerage business at Royal LePage Signature Realty (d.b.a Royal LePage Commercial). Wil has quickly become a high producing agent completing over 50 transactions in his first two years in brokerage, and in only his second full calendar year, earned the highly coveted award of a Top 35 Under 35 agent across Royal LePage nationally (20,000+ total agents). Wil has gone on to complete over 90 transactions in under 4 years with a total deal value worth in excess of $100Mn, and has been included in the coveted Top 50 Royal LePage Commercial agents in Canada in both 2023 and 2024. Wil's production continues to qualify for the Top 35 Under 35 agents at Royal LePage from 2023 through to current.
