Registering an account creates a Virtual Office Website (VOW) relationship between Royal LePage Real Estate Services, Brokerage and the Registrant. The Registrant agrees to the following:

1. The Registrant acknowledges that these Terms of Use do not create an agency relationship with Royal LePage Real Estate Services, Brokerage
2. That the property data obtained from the VOW is only for the Registrant's persnel, non-commercial use.
3. That the Registrant has a bona fide interest in the purchase, sale or lease of real estate of the type being offered by the VOW.
4. That the Registrant will not copy, redistribute or retransmit any of the VOW data or information provided. and
5. That the Registrant acknowledges TRREB's ownership of and the validity of the copyright in the MLS System
