Julia has over 25 years of experience in real estate, advertising sales and marketing. A hard working, persistent and experienced communicator, Julia promotes strong business relationships by applying exceptional interpersonal and project management skills. Julia’s experience and keen eye for detail have provided her with the ability to understand people and spot trends in the marketplace. Throughout her real estate career Julia has represented both Landlord and Tenants in leasing office space in midtown and financial core in Toronto. Previously, Julia was a senior assistant leasing representative for a major landlord, involved in the preparation of over 200 leases in their retail portfolio, working in conjunction with the design and building teams, property management and agents. Throughout her advertising career, Julia’s territory was frequently the automotive manufacturers. She created a new section for the Toronto Star called Prestige Wheels to meet her client’s needs; her annual sales represented 10% of all advertising dollars. She has coached lacrosse; managed lacrosse and ski teams. And volunteered with the CREW, Greater Toronto Home Builders Association as a member of the Condo and Economic Development Committees and most recently, was on the Board of Governors of Havergal College, including Chair of the parent association and Golf tournament.
