Whilst living in Tanzania, I navigated the purchase of a property through a government auction for the company and helped guide them through the process of designing a 15 storey residential/commercial complex and eventually helped them through the sale of the project to an investor. I have led the purchase and sale of multiple properties around the world as well as helping local and international parties through the rigours of purchasing properties in Canada for both personal use and as investments.
