Professional Experience
Since 1988, I have been in the commercial real estate business. Prior to a career pivot I was a concert promoter, culminating in the founding role of Toronto International Jazz Festival which continues today. The transition of careers was seamless at that time, as I was imbedded in the Downtown Toronto Entertainment core with various property owners, and interests. I have played a role in the transformation from the Industrial neighborhoods of Toronto to today’s model of Urbanization. I believe in providing an accurate assessment supported by data to both Buyers and Sellers, to assist through the Sale process.
