Bruce has over 35 years of experience selling real estate - and he has a passion for helping people. Bruce's career in real estate first began in 1988 with KLASSEN Real Estate Inc., in Leamington Ontario, where he worked along side his father and mother, both real estate brokers and land developers. In 1991, Bruce moved to Etobicoke, then, a suburb of Toronto, where he gained area experience by first specializing in condominium resale's in a prominent area building. The tough recession of the the early 1990's taught Bruce valuable selling strategies that have remained with him to this day. Bruce learned that it's one experience to sell homes in a rising market; it's quite another experience to sell homes in a declining market. The two are not the same. Bruce lives in west Toronto with his wife Mary-Ann, their daughter Sydney, and their miniature Schnauzer, Henry. Bruce enjoys photography, riding motorcycles, golfing, and is very involved in the community.
