Professional Experience

I am Andy Bassuday, a proud Canadian from Stylish Toronto, Canada, where I have my real estate business selling Real Estate & also doing political campaigning. Real Estate & Public Speaking are my passions, and I coach people in communicating their messages by elevating pulses & making their messages memorable. I have expanded my expertise to Professional Speaking & Training. Over the years, I realized that people don’t care how much you know if you are NOT communicating & connecting with them effectively. Hence, I am an active member of Toastmasters International and, in addition to an ongoing Professional Speakers & Training Education, I have done professional programs through Ryerson University in Toronto. I’m currently affiliated with CREA, OREA, TRREB, NCAA of Canada & NAR as a REALTOR®, Speaker & Trainer. I also live in my 2nd home away from home-beautiful Helsinki, where I do Corporate Sales & Communication Flow Action Workshops in real-time. I was the past president of the only Advanced Toastmaster Club in Finland and steered the club from the chartering process to attaining Distinguished Club Status. In addition, I have received many International & Local awards. In terms of my successful references in Finland, I further trained the bid team of the Finnish Gymnastics Federation in selling Finland as the host country for the 2015 World Gymnaestrada (July 12-18, 2015). I was also the Workshop Facilitator for the World Gymnaestrada 2015 in Helsinki at the Senate Square and the Olympic Stadium on July 15, 2015. I am also a Certified Asahi Instructor. While in Finland, in addition to promoting Toronto Real Estate to Scandinavian Investors, I do Corporate Real Estate Sales & Presentation Programs.
