I can provide three main services; As a Real Estate Salesperson, I have vast knowledge in Buying, Selling and Staging Residential Properties; As a Licensed Mortgage Agent, I arrange Mortgage Financing, Cash Equity Take Outs from existing home or other properties; investment properties. Ryerson Polytechnical Institute, Business Management; Worked 10 years as a Civil Servant with the Ministry of Consumer and Commercial Relations as well as the Ministry of Community and Social Services; . Owned my own Transcription Service Company for 9 years sub-contracting and preparing Criminal Court Transcripts mainly for City Hall and other criminal court houses; Seneca College, Financial Underwriting, Mortgage Agent and own and operate a Mortgage Brokerage for many years, Maple Leaf Mortgages Ltd.
