Professional Experience

Susana has enjoyed working in the real estate industry in various capacities since 2007, including administrative roles within brokerages, previous work as a realtor for several years and, most recently, as listing/deals manager for a busy real estate team. Susana is eager to take this next step in her career to grow with Royal Lepage and expand her expertise in helping clients meet their real estate needs and goals. With a genuine, empathetic and nurturing personality, Susana works hard in her role to meet the needs of clients, whether it is walking a seller through the sale process of their home, searching and finding the perfect home for a buyer or negotiating the right terms to suit each family. Susana is a proud mama of two young adults and a 10-year-old cocker spaniel. She has called Halton Region home for many years and loves the combined city and rural life it has to offer. Susana spends as much time outdoors as possible bike riding or walking the dog by the lake, SUPing or swimming in summer, or quieter times indoors with yoga, reading or watching movies.
