Shannon grew up in a real estate family and has been familiar with this world from a young age. She received her business degree from Laurier and spent 15 years working in marketing management and strategy. These skills, along with her strong communication, organization, and attention to detail, set her apart when working with clients. Born and raised in West Carleton and now residing in Carp with her husband and two children, Shannon enjoys being an active member of her community. She has volunteered for local sports clubs as well as other activities with her school-age children. Shannon is thrilled to be working with the Downey Team, who have built strong relationships with satisfied clients in the Ottawa area for over a decade.
