I have been working in real estate since 2004. I have a vast amount of experience and understanding of the market place and what is needed to buy, sell or lease your residential or commercial property. Prior to my career in real estate, I owned a successful landscaping and snow removal business serving residential, commercial, institutional and industrial clients for 32 years. I have had the opportunity to work in the areas of construction, heating and cooling, plumbing and electrical, surveying and architectural design. I have also served as a volunteer fireman for the township of Cumberland. With this diverse background and experience I am able to provide you with a robust real estate service. In addition, I have established many connections throughout the city over my many years in the business that can be a welcome relief in moving things along more quickly.
