I am excited to join Piriya’s team, bringing a unique combination of language skills and extensive professional experience. I am bilingual in English and French, with Creole as my mother tongue and a strong understanding of Hindi, giving me a distinctive ability to connect with diverse clients. With 20 years of customer service experience in a Crown corporation in Canada and 15 years in law enforcement as a police officer abroad, I excel in providing exceptional client care, clear communication, and professionalism. Proud to call Ottawa home, I live here with my wife and two children. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, especially solo biking around Barrhaven during the summer two to three times per week. I am also an enthusiastic English Premier League soccer fan, with Manchester United as my favourite team. In addition, I am an active member of a local community group where we celebrate special events such as the Festival of Lights, year-end gatherings, picnics, and other cultural celebrations.
