Professional Experience

Born and raised in Belleville, Ontario, Chris studied at the University of Toronto. As a student, he had his first exposure to the real estate industry working as the treasurer of Canada's oldest student housing cooperative where he worked on developing and managing nonprofit student housing in Canada's largest city. After graduating, he worked in sales, ecommerce and marketing, learning how to position and market products and services of all sorts. Chris Hendricks earned his Law Degree from the Peter Allard School of Law at UBC, where he wrote his final term paper on the legal and political aspect of Vancouver's housing affordability crisis. After starting his real estate career in Toronto, he moved to Ottawa with his wife and daughter in 2021 to be closer to nature and family. In addition to being a Real Estate Broker, Chris also manages industrial properties at a number of sites in the City of Ottawa.
