I look forward to meeting you! I am Andréa. I come from a large & wonderful French Canadian family! With that I developed strong negotiationg skills, a profound work ethic and the dedication to loyalty. I started my original career over 30 years ago in the beauty industry. I owned and operated tenaciously a successful Spa in Toronto. While running my business my husband Joe owned a renovation and remodeling company. We purchased homes, renovated them, presented them with savvy staging and sold them. We also owned many rental properties throughout the years. I have always LOVED real estate!!! The best part was the "transformation" although that took a great deal of sweat equity. We playfully tortured our 2 daughters as we put them to work when they were young. On weekends we would be stripping wallpaper, painting and landscaping a property to create curb appeal. McDonald's, Ice cream or Pizza Hut was always a good bribe once the Saturday work project was complete. Joe still owns and operates Summer Set Construction Ltd in Oro-Medonte and Orillia, with over 34 years experience in this industry. We love this community!
