Professional Experience
I am an analytically focused real estate professional working with local families and stakeholders since 2016. I’ve focused on specializing in supporting valuation, leasing, due diligence, market analysis, negotiations and transactional execution across residential, mixed use, multi-residential, and commercial properties. I have a strong working knowledge of DCF (discounted cash flow) analysis and other time weighted cash flow valuations such as NPV (Net Present Value) and IRR (internal rate of return). This knowledge allows me to objectively guide clients through their decision making processes. Additionally, I help to contextualize their decisions through in-depth comparative sales analysis, rental analysis, zoning review and highest and best use determination. Over the years, this has enabled me to personally help and consult with over 100 clients on a diverse range of real property problems. As a professional dedicated to growth and learning, I am now enrolled in UBC’s Sauder Business School’s PGCV to deepen my understanding of valuation best practices to help the communities and people I love to serve.
