Professional Experience
I have been licensed in real estate for over 15 years, having worked from Southwestern Ontario to the Greater Golden Horseshoe (GGH). I work in collaboration with my brother, Ryan Pompilii of Royal LePage Real Estate Services Ltd. Together, we assist publicly traded and national investment companies, developers and land/building owners with the acquisition and disposition of vacant land and properties for development, redevelopment, assembly and investment in built-up and newly developing areas within inner Toronto, across the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA), GGH and Southwestern Ontario. I am able to provide advisory services on different aspects of commercial real estate and have coordinated requirements for Ontario-based clients through the assistance of area specific Brokerages within the Province, Western Canada and bordering Great Lakes States. I have also undertaken work in retail, office and industrial leasing, with landlords and national tenants, along with being active in the sale of businesses and residential builder lots, by way of launching new neighbourhoods for developer-clients. I have an in-depth knowledge in the valuation of properties and can apply my understanding of and previous work experience as an associate in urban and regional land use planning to commercial real estate. I am a graduate of Western University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Urban Development. Given my prior experience as an associate in urban and regional land use planning, I lectured at Western University, as the instructor for Geography 2162A: Planning Sustainable Cities in the Fall term of 2019. I am affiliated with both the Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB) and Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO).
