As a skilled photographer and videographer, Jim leverages his creative talents to showcase his clients’ properties with exceptional visual marketing, ensuring their homes stand out in a competitive market. Beyond real estate, Jim is deeply committed to his community. He serves as a committee member with the Lakeview Farmers Market and volunteers at the Compass Food Bank. His passion for giving back extends to supporting the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation, where he has raised over $30,000 through initiatives like the Purcell, Ecuador, and Colombia Challenges for Shelter. Jim’s dedication to philanthropy has placed him among the top 10% of donors to the Shelter Foundation for three consecutive years, earning him the King Charles III Coronation Pin in 2024.
