Agnes grew up in Hong Kong where she learned to speak English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Agnes always had a keen interest in real estate and became a home owner soon after she received her Business Administration degree with Honours from Brock University in Ontario. She began her career in business with an advertising agency, eventually moving to TD Bank, a hydro utility and then to Royal Bank of Canada. At RBC, Agnes became an experienced negotiator, being a project manager and spent most of her days negotiating tough budgets and project scopes with managers. In all her negotiations, she values professionalism and ethical practices. She will apply the same professional and ethical approach to ensure your real estate transactions will close smoothly. Her work experience in the financial industry has taught her about investing while her experience in hydro utility has taught her about homes. She believes that real estate is an excellent investment vehicle for building wealth and how it contributes to the foundation of a happy family. Driven by her interest in real estate, working experience, financial knowledge and personal belief in real estate investing, Agnes wants to be the ‘conduit’ that brings wealth and happiness to Canadian families.
