Having grown up on Manitoulin Island and lived in Northern Ontario for most of her life, Karen has an in-depth knowledge of North Eastern and Manitoulin communities, geographic regions, lakes, amenities and attractions. Her passion and enthusiasm for Northern living is infectious, and she is eager to share her knowledge and love for the area with her clients. She earned a Commerce Degree with specialization in Sports Administration (SPAD) from Laurentian University, and later her Bachelor of Education, specializing in business marketing and accounting. In her first career as a award-winning business teacher and educational leader, Karen prided herself in providing exceptional and personalized educational service to students and families, valued traits which she now uses in helping to educate her clients on the processes involved in buying or selling a home, and navigating the ever changing world of real estate. Karen's real estate business is built on: personable, prompt and friendly communication, individualized support, integrity and trust.
